1. General

Subject to Stock Availability: While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, discrepancies may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and notify you about the backordered items, offering you the choice to wait for restocking or receive a refund.

2. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days, subject to in-stock availability. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. We aim to minimize shipment delays during holidays.

3. Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically: Domestic shipments typically take 7-10 days in transit.

Transit Time Internationally: International shipments generally take 21-25 days, depending on the selected courier. Specific estimates are provided at checkout.

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Change of Delivery Address: Delivery address changes can be made before the order is dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only, not courier services.

Military Address Shipping: We can ship to military addresses using postal services, but not courier services.

Items Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will hold the entire order until the item is available.

Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us for assistance.

4. Tracking and Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of their shipment.

5. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged during transit, please refuse the delivery from the courier, and if possible, take a photo of the damaged parcel for reference. Then, contact our customer service team. If the parcel is delivered while you are not present, please reach out to us for further instructions.

6. Duties and Taxes

Sales Tax: Sales tax is included in the product prices displayed on our website.

Import Duties and Taxes: International shipments may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are the customer's responsibility. If you refuse to pay these charges, the goods will be returned to WifSi at your expense, and a refund will be issued for the value of the goods, minus return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

8. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value provided by the courier.

Damaged in Transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

Lost in Transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier deems the parcel lost.
